What is the contrast check?

It measures how easy text is to read on a colour, using the rule most websites follow (WCAG): at least 4.5 to 1 for normal text and 3 to 1 for big text.

What format are the codes?

Hex codes like #1C40F2. They work in Canva, on Facebook, on websites and in most design apps.
